Returns and consumer information

UPto90 distinguishes clearly between business-to-business transactions and consumer purchases. The applicable rules depend on the route through which inventory was sold.

Consumer purchases (D2C)

Consumers benefit from applicable statutory rights, including any applicable withdrawal and return rules. The specific return, exchange and delivery policy for each D2C drop is disclosed before purchase and is presented alongside clear product and condition information.

Business purchases (B2B)

B2B transactions follow the lot, condition and claims terms agreed for each opportunity. A defined claims process for discrepancies in quantity, SKU mix or condition is disclosed as part of the business-specific commercial terms.

Brand responsibilities

Brands and inventory partners remain responsible for accurate product information and for the fulfilment, return and exchange policies agreed with UPto90. UPto90 presents those policies to buyers according to the agreed terms.
